I am starting a new job as a baker at Cowboy Donuts. I will still be having classes and limited hours at my store, Becky’s Craftroom, 2441 Foothill Blvd Ste 1181, The White Mountain Mall. Until I get used to my new job schedule, I am allowing myself some space to figure out my sleep schedule and how to have time with my kids. So, officially, I won’t have regular store hours for at least the next week. Unofficially, I will be in my store in the afternoons between 1pm and 4pm, so I can work on things in the store and do my eBay shipping. Here are the hours I am committing to in the next week:

Wed March 1 – 10:00am to 4:00pm

Thur March 2 – 11:00 am to 4:30 pm

Fri – nothing official, but I will be in the store in the afternoon. Just call or text me to give me a heads up if you are coming over.

Sat – 11:00 am to 3:00 pm

After I know what it feels like to have baker’s hours and how to get enough sleep, I’ll have a better idea of what store hours to keep. Thanks!!

This Thurs Feb 2 from 6 to 9pm, and this Saturday Feb 4 from 10am to 3pm, I will be teaching how to make these paper flowers. We will be making paper roses and a type of flower that uses an origami folding style called kusudama. Each flower will be $3. For the kusudama flowers, I will have pre-cut squares in a variety of colors. For the roses, I will have some pre-cut, but the idea is to have you pick out one sheet of double-sided patterned paper per flower and I will cut the pieces for you. I have the station all set up, and it will take just a minute to do that for you. And you can put ribbon on each stem. All class materials are provided in the price, just bring yourself! Please let me know if you plan on attending, particularly if you want to attend Thur evening. I have many, many paper flower classes I want to do. Next week, Thursday Jan 19, 6pm to 9pm, and Saturday Jan 21, 10am to 4pm I am having Valentine’s Day card classes. I am located in the White Mountain Mall, back entrance by Aspen Dental. Here’s how it works – only pay for what you want to make. Pick one or more cards, make as little or as much of each as you want. You can choose any greeting you want for each card. I have stamped each sample with a greeting, but you can choose your own. I will have a selection of rubber stamps and inks you can use to make your cards. Envelopes are included. It’s Open House style, so come when you like. But please give me a heads up if you plan on coming (especially for the evening class), and how many cards you want to make.
