Oct 6 Update – Two weeks as a paid baker (can’t call myself a professional baker, but “Paid Baker” works), and I learned some things. I can fill orders for bread just about anytime, but things like banana bread and cookies need minimum orders.
Sept 24 – I have been baking homemade bread for years. A good friend requested that I regularly bake bread for her, and that got me thinking. How about I bake for lots of people? On Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2018, I started baking and selling from my Facebook page. A few menu items have led to more, and I’m sure I will add more yummy items as time goes on.

For now, I am baking Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Orders must be received by 4am the day of baking, or they move to the next baking day. Also indicate if you want morning or afternoon pick-up. I exercise and run errands after baking, so we need to make specific pick-up or delivery times. If you are very close to me (1/2 mile of post office), I can deliver if needed. Or, if you order $50 or more, I will deliver in Rock Springs.

Payment – Generally, I take payment upon delivery, but orders over $20 need to be paid ahead of time. I take cash, check, or PayPal (which can do credit cards and bank accounts.) PayPal handles all your financial information, I never see it. If you are familiar with PayPal, get into your PayPal account and use the email address pictured above to send me a PayPal payment. Or email me directly, and then I will have your email address to send you a PayPal invoice.

Here are the selections I have, and their prices:

White Bread – $3.00 per loaf
Cinnamon Bread – $4.00 per loaf
Half whole-wheat/half white Bread – $4.00 per loaf
Honey Butter – $2.00 for 6oz
Cinnamon Rolls – 1/2 pan $5.00 (has 9 medium cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting, or you can request regular frosting.) Full pan $9.00 (has 12 large cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting.)
Orange Cinnamon Rolls – has orange zest worked into the dough and filling. 1/2 pan $6.00 (has 9 medium orange cinnamon rolls with orange cream cheese frosting, or you can request regular frosting.) Full pan $10.00 (has 12 large orange cinnamon rolls with orange cream cheese frosting.)

Minimum Orders:
Pumpkin Bread – $10.00 for 4 mini loaves (3.5×5″ 9oz ea) or $12.00 for 4 with Chocolate Chips
Banana Bread – $8.00 for 4 mini loaf (3.5×5″ 9oz) or $10 for 4 with walnuts
Chocolate Chip Cookies – $10 for 3 dozen (my recipe has a bit of oatmeal, which most people love. But if you want yours without, let me know and I can adjust.)
E.T. Munchies – $8 for two dozen (peanut butter oatmeal cookie with Reese’s Pieces), chewy & delicious!
Pizzelles – an italian waffle cookie dusted with powdered sugar, individually hand-pressed in a pizzelle cookie press. $12 for 30 pizzelle cookies. Traditionally pizzelles are flavored with anise (black licorice flavor), but mine are flavored with almond extract instead. Much tastier! You can also request vanilla flavoring instead.
White Chocolate Peanut Butter Popcorn – $3.50 per bag (9 cups per bag), 2-bag minimum. Much-requested, this is always a big hit!
Kettle Corn – Lightly sweet and salty popcorn, stove-top cooked. Great flavor! $2.00/bag (9 cups per bag), 2-bag minimum
