Here are the A2A File Folder cards, 4″ x 5-1/4″ when folded. I have A2A cards custom-made. A2A cards are slightly smaller than A2 cards, making it possible for me to cut 2 of them from a standard 8-1/2″ x 11″ piece of cardstock:
